  Great company to deal with from start to finish. Sales were attentive and took the time to visit my property which no other pool company did. The installation team were really good and did a professional job. The install ran into some issues early in the process around soak-wells and plumping (which were not Barrier Reefs problem) however the team were happy to assist get these trades onsite to help with the unforeseen. Overall very happy with the outcome.

  We are so happy with the finished product and the whole experience, working with Barrier Reef Pools. From the initial engagement and consultation with David, he was so lovely and patient, he measured out and explored many options with us. Through to the exceptional work of the guys that placed the pool into the ground! It was a special moment for us all and we are so grateful for the care and expertise they showed. We highly recommend!

  Our pool was installed by Barrier Reef last winter (2021) and so this was our first summer using the pool. I wanted to wait before leaving a review to see how it is has been...and it's been the best thing we've done! David was really patient with us, came out multiple times as we worked through various options and locations and styles and us changing our minds 100 times before sign off. Then came the project managers and tradies that seemlessly came in and did their jobs and were scheduled really well. The pool is beautiful to not only look at (day & night), but more importantly to be in too. The safety ledge is great for my little kids and it keeps it heat really well. We had a couple of minor issues since installation but have been fixed without quibble, so good aftercare too. Highly recommend!

  Supply, delivery and installation of swimming pool.
  From sales to final installation we had a great experience, the sales rep that visited our property helped us deciding on the best the size and location of the pool according to our needs and backyard layout. He also explained the process of council approvals and key modifications we will have to do in terms of fencing and so on. Great service. Everything went as planned and on time. There were no surprise charges or issues throughout the process. Highly recommended.

  Barrier Reef were professional in all dealings. The wide range of pools at the showroom made choosing a pool easy, the installation team communicated the process and worked efficiently and, despite being a busy time of year, the pool was installed as per committed timeframe. We have had a summer of fun.
